About the Artist

 Hello! My name is Psyon Ballerina. I am an aspiring illustrator and painter. I specialize in watercolor, but am also well versed in multiple mediums such as acrylic, markers, colored pencil, charcoal, and more. 

Growing up, I loved stories driven by their narratives. I had a special affinity for video games, books, and movies for that reason. My mother instilled in me a love of epic adventures by introducing me to stories that stirred her imagination like Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Star Trek, and the Hobbit. My father instilled in me a love for games that stimulated the senses like Street Fighter, Super Mario, and the Legend of Zelda. Funnily enough, all made me want to do was write stories. I soon found that I did not have a talent for writing.

 But something clicked when I watched a movie called Kiki's Delivery Service. That movie introduced me to a realm of possibilities that I wanted to be a part of. "If I cannot write about stories, I'll draw them!" The rest is history.
